Jo Grondahl 65 - 16th avenue north FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA 58102 May 6, 1991 Mr. and Mrs. Howard Zlnck 2816 27th St. S.W. Fargo, ND 58103 Dear Howard and Fran; This is a statement in regards to the sun porch which you recently built on the lake side of your cottage on Northland Beach, Pelican Lake, Minnesota. My cottage is located next door. Lot 1 of the First Addition to Northland Beach, and your porch does not in any way obstruct my view of the lake nor is it offensive to me. In fact, I would add that this addition to your cottage is an improvement to our beach. I trust this statement will be of value in receiving a variance to the building code. Sincerely, JcjfnephiivD.
