After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to deny the
variance as requested as no adequate hardship/practical difficulty had been shown that would allow for the granting of the
variance as requested as the applicants have adequate room to comply with the setback requirements for there proposed
development and the applicants can obtain a reasonable use of there property without the granting of the variance as requested.
