(7:32 p.m.) Motion was made by Paul Larson, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny the side lot line variance as request, to deny the septic tank variance as requested and to approve a variance of 30’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a dwelling 10’ from the side lot line, 10’ from the holding tank and 70’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that before a site permit can be issued the 16’ by 24’ boathouse must be removed. It was noted that there is no adequate hardship that would allow for the granting of the side lot line variance as requested as the applicant has adequate room to meet the required setback and that the denial of the septic tank variance is consistent with past actions of the Board of Adjustment.
