MINUTES OF THE MEETING
OF THE
OITER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
September 4, 1986
The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, September
4, 1986, with the following present:
Roger Marty
John Everts
Craig Anderson
George Whiter
Victor Petterson, Jr.
Marcus Wiechmann
Also present were:
Tim Greip, Land & Resource Management
Waldemar Senyk, Assistant County Attorney
Chairman VJalter opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m

The following requests were considered:
Georgene L. Hendrickson, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to
purchase a parcel of less than 2h acres in rear of presently owned
prcperty in Section 6, Dunn Township, Pelican lake. After considera
tion, motion was made by Victor Petterson to approve, with the stipu
lation the newly created parcel be attached to the present property.
The motion was seconded by Roger Marty and carried rpon the following
vote:

All voting in favor
Clayton M. Melby, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to purchase
a parcel of land 110' x 150' behind existing lots on Linden Park,
Pelican Lake, Diinn Township, for storage purposes only. After con
sideration motion was made by Victor Petterson to approve, provided
Lots 9 id 10, together with the newly created parcel remain forever
attachei^. The motion was seconded by Roger Marty and carried ipon
the following vote:

Doyle Kargel, Pelican Rapi<^, f-W, requested permission to alloiv an
^ ^gxistiiKT fence to remain as presently located, on Reserve Block 1, ^^^nwDod Beach Third Addition, Fish Lake, Dunn Township. After con
sideration, motion v^as made by Craig Anderson to deny, granting
until May 1, 1987 to remove same. The motion was seconded John
Everts but failed rpon the following vote:

Motion was then itade by Roger Marty to remove that portion of the
fence that is within 75' of the high water mark, allowing the re
mainder of the fence to remain as located. The motion was seconded
by Victor Petterson and carried upon the following vote:
