To Members of the Ottertail County Board of Adjustment:
I am writing to you regarding the application for variance that has been made to
you by Henry Iwerks to build onto his cabin on Fish Lake.
Mr. Iwerk has consulted with me about the addition onto his cabin which is next
to my property.
I do not object to his building the addition onto the south side of his cabin even
though it will come within six feet of my property line,because it is the same
distance as is his present cabin which was built approximately 25 years ago.
Mr. Iwerk would appreciate your granting his request for variance as soon as
possible. Thank-you for your consideration.
