Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment Government Services Center 540 West Fir Avenue Fergus Falls, MN 56537 To The Members of the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment: I am writing regarding the application for variance that has been made to you by Charles (Rick) Meckstroth to put a second floor on his cabin on Fish Lake. While no variance is required for my property line as his cabin is set about 13 feet from my property line. I do not have any objections to his building of a second floor over his existing cabin. Our cabins are about equally set on the shoreline and it will not impact my cabin or view of the lake. Sincerely, Harris Schencks ‘ i ; ■Ottertail County Board of Adjustment C/0 County Auditor's Office Ottertail County Court Holuse Fergus Falls, Minnesota 56537:I To Members of the Ottertail County -Board of Adjustment: I am writing to you regarding the application for variance that has been made to you by Henry Iwerks to build onto his cabin on Fish Lake. Mr. Iwerk has consulted with me about the addition onto his cabin which is next to my property. I do not object to his building the addition onto the south side of his cabin even though it will come within six feet of my property line, because it is the same distance as is his present cabin which was built approximately 25 years ago. Mr. Iwerk would appreciate your granting his request for variance as soon as possible.
