MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a 50'
variance from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the enclosure of an existing 5' by 22
patio located 50' from the ordinary high water level with the condition that the existing boat house will be
removed before any building permits are issued. After additional discussion and consideration, motion was
made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 50' from
the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the construction of an 11' by 33' addition 50' from
the ordinary high water level.
