on part of S 1/2 of Section 11, Scambler Township aa presented.

conditional use application of Thomas W, Hanson. Pelican Lake,

of property is secured for ownership. Dale & Marilyn Larson
spoke to the commission.

conditional use application of James Johnson. Prairie Lake, 56-
915, RD, on Pt. Jacobs Survey Lot of G.L. 5 and Pt. Historic
Monument Beach of Section 11 of Pelican Township for a 2 year
trial basis, there must not be any advertising on the property
and it is to be a delivery only business; and three 2' X 6' tanks
may be used. Steve Zimmerman and Verne Petry spoke to the
commission.

A motion by Lachowitser, second by Lee to approve the
conditional use application of Richard Lien. West McDonald Lake,

Township subject to the fill being 8 inches below the beach area
and no higher than the neighbor's lots.

conditional use application of Jampn Bipth, Pelican Lake, 56-
786, GD, on Lot 4 of Newport Beach of Section 3 of Dunn Township
as presented, must match neighbors, dirt must be pulled back from
the lake and also the dirt must be removed from the lot. Scott
Bleth spoke to the commission.
