Jeffrey J. and Beth L. Voels - Approved with modifications and conditions.
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve the placement of
a structure 8’ from the lot line on the west side, at least 10’ from the lot line on the east side and no closer to the
ordinary high water level then the existing structure with the following conditions; l.that the proposed structure can
have a depth of no more then 30’, 2. no more than 25% of the lot area on the lakeside of the traveled surface of the
road can be covered with impervious surfaces, and 3. only that portion of the applicants’ lot on the lakeside of the
traveled surface of the road can be considered when making the 25% impervious surface calculation. It was noted
that the applicants would need to do the math to determine what size structure, if any, is permitted by the variance as
granted. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
