Parcels are now unimproved, contiguous substandard lots of record under the same ownership and are now considered as one parcel with Lots 20 Ss 21. 2004 Lots 18 8s 19, Viken Bay Beach Lots 20 8s 21, Viken Bay Beach17000991037000 No changes, still an improved parcel. However, now combined with Lots 18 8s 19 as one parcel. These are all substandard contiguous lots under the same ownership and only Lot 20/21 is an improved lot. From this point on these lots cannot be separated without a Variance. 2.5-Acre Tract, PT GL 217000100114001 No changes. Remains a separate parcel from the lakeshore lots. This documentation was done following a phone call from Barb Backstrom, Coldwell Banker Realty, on 7/14/05. She was representing Ms. Jennings and was calling to find out if Lots 18/19 and Lots 20/21 could be sold separately. Following her phone call I researched the computer records and tracked the history of these lots. I discussed the situation with Bill Kalar and we both concluded that when the dwelling structure on Lots 18/19 was removed, the parcels became part of Lots 20/21 because they were all under the same ownership. The 2.5-Acre parcel remains as a separate lot. I confirmed this in a phone conversation with Barb Backstrom on 7/15/05. Joyce Thompson 07/15/05 ■ottertai]
