Carol Schlossman - Approved the variance as requested. (7:43 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Joe Maske and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 4’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the placement of a roof on the
existing (same footprint) structure. It was noted that the proposed project is general building maintenance and that the
overall footprint of the existing structure will not be changed.
