The Board of Adjustment considered the following applications for variance: Timothy S. and Julie A. Teig - Variance application approved as requested. (6:32 p.m.) Timothy S. and Julie A. Teig, Lot 6 Henry Hill Second Subdivision, Franklin Lake in Dunn Township, requested the following: Would like a 30’ variance to place a 14’ addition on the back of the house. The second story addition will replace the existing chimney, deck and patio cement with a 36’ long and 14’ foot wide addition 70’ from the ordinary high water level. New deck 10’ by 36’ on front of new addition. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, Thomas Lee made a motion, second by Rick Wilson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 30’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of 36’ by 14’ addition and a 10’ by 36’ deck 70’ from the ordinary high water level as depicted on the drawing submitted with the variance application.
