MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 16' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the construction of a 16’ by 30’
addition to an existing cabin approximately 59’ from the ordinary high water level, to approve the placement of a
foundation under the existing structure and to approve construction of a new roof covering both the existing structure
and the new addition. It was noted that the addition will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing
structure.
