The high water of 1985 has damaged these lots and lot 12
and parts of lot 13 are totally unusable. None of the fill

Tail County concerning the repair^ to my front yard.

1 appreciate your attending this meeting on my behalf, which is Wednesday
November 6th at 10:30 a.m.'^in Fergus Falls. I called the Shoreline Manage
ment and they said it was not necessary for me to appear as long as some
one would be there to represent me and understood what 1 was trying
to do. Perhaps it would also be good for Oack Martin to be in attendance,
or someone from his company, in case they have questions relative to
various facets of the work they are going to do.
