with a condition. (6:40 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Michael Harris made a motion, seconded by Thomas Lee and carried with Randall
Mann voting no, to approve the addition of a second story to an existing detached garage in the location as depicted on
the drawing submitted with the variance application with the condition that no more than 25% of the total eligible lot area,
as calculated by the Land and Resource Department, using current ordinance standards can be covered with impervious
surfaces. The variance as approved does not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed
development; therefore, the proposed addition cannot exceed the 20’ height limitation.
