This is to inforinyou that a meetinf; of the Planning Commission
was held on March 7, 1973 and a motion was patrsed to apprev*
your Variance dated February 23, 19 3 on the condition that a
sanitary sewage system ue installed that meets all the Otter
Tail County requirements. After a sewage system has been installed
and approved by Otter Tail County Shoreland Management, a building
permit shall be issued to Mr, Trautman. In addition you daall
secure and furnish the Otter Tail County ^horeland -Management office
a letter of approval concerning the placement of the new aaddition,
from both adjacent neighbtra.
