Motion
After consideration and with the applicant’s permission, motion was made by George Walter, seconded
by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to table the applicant’s request until the May 7, 1998
meeting, so that the applicant would have an opportunity to consider methods of reducing the amount
of imperious surfaces to a level that will not exceed the allowable total lot coverage of 25%.
May 7,1998 Meeting -
After consideration and discussion, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and
unanimously carried, to grant a variance of 3 to 5.87’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ and a
variance of 30’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for improvements to the applicant’s
property 4.13 to 7’ from the lot line and 45’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that no more
than 25% of the applicant’s total lot area can be covered with imperious surfaces and with the condition that
the shed referenced in the original application must be removed.
