Motion
Donna Odegaard - Approved as requested. (7:00 p.m.)
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve the placement of
the proposed dwelling no closer to the ordinary high water level then what would be allow when applying the string line
from the dwellings located on either side of the applicant’s property. It was acknowledged that there is a vacant lot on
one side of the applicant’s property, however the string line is to be applied to the structure on the next lot over. It was
also noted that no variance is being granted for the second dwelling. The issue of a second dwelling might need to be
resolved before a permit can be issued for the proposed dwelling. The applicant was encouraged to work with the
Land and Resource Department to resolve the second dwelling issue.
