Robinson - Approved Paul and Joy L. Robinson, Becker, MN, requested a variance of 9 to 10’ from the required lot line setback of 10’ for the location of an existing dwelling 0 to 1 ’ from the lot line. The property is described as Lot 2, Block 3, Carr’s Subdivision, Walker Lake in Amor Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After discussion and consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 9 to 10’ from the required lot line setback of 10’ for the location of an existing dwelling 0 to 1’ from the lot line. It was noted that one corner of the dwelling meets the side lot line setback and that due to the extreme angle of the lot line the other corner comes within 0 to T of the lot line. When the structure was placed the extreme angle of the lot line was not considered or realized. Jim and Lynne Giordano and Tom Barry, Et. Al. - Approved Jim and Lynne Giordano and Tom Barry Et. Al., Fairfield, CT, requested a variance of 44’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for a 14’ 6” by 7’ addition to an existing dwelling 31’ from the ordinary high water level. This addition would straighten the front of the dwelling by filling in a 14’ 6" by 7” indentation between each side of the existing dwelling. The property is described as Lot 47, Pelican Lake Park and Lot 6, Pelican Lake Park Second Addition, Pelican Lake in Dunn Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. Frank Hanson, Contractor, represented the applicant at the public hearing. The property is described as part of Government Lot 5, Section 24 of Dora Township by West McDonald Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. It was noted that the proposed additions would be setback further from the ordinary high water level than the existing structure. David Thomas - Approved David Thomas, New Richmond, Wl, requested the following: “a 10’ by 30’ cement slab for the purpose of parking a 30’ self contained travel trailer. To be parked on this location from April through October. The back of this slab will be even with the back of neighboring cabins on both sides. The front of the slab will be 10’ to 12’ back from the front of neighboring cabins.” The property is described as Lot 2, Block 1, Engstrom’s Beach First Addition.
