(SEE ATTACHED GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION) WE ARE REQUESTING AN APROXIMATE 50 75' SETBACK, AN APROXIMATE 13 VARIANCE INTO THE TOE OF THE BLUFF. ALL EXCAVATED SOILS NOT USED FOR LANDSCAPING INFILL SHALL BE REMOVED PROPERLY FROM THE SITE. WE WILL PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL 6'x13' WE ARE PROPOSING I SETBACK VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIRED VARIANCE FROM SHORE IMPACT ZONE, AND A 20 THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR CONCERN. Time: Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann to approve as stated in the plan being presented by the applicant. After additional discussion, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by John Everts to amend the previous motion and required that the 10' by 27' addition included in the applicant's plan be removed as it was not a part of the discussion that took place between the Land and Resource staff and the applicant on site prior to the hearing. After additional discussion and consideration both the original motion and the amended motion were withdrawn. After additional discussion and consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and carried with Cecil Femling and George Walter voting no. to approve the plan as submitted by the applicant at the May 5th, 1994 hearing withjhe condition that additional dry wells must be installed to handle all additional run off.
