a condition. (7:25 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Cecil Femling made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried,
to approve the variance as stated in the variance application and as depicted on the drawing submitted with the
application with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided at the time of conveyance.

Tract in Government Lot Six (6) of Section Five (5), Township One Hundred Thirty-seven
(137), Range Forty-two (42), described as follows, to wit: Commencing 20 feet North of
the Northwest comer of Lot Six (6) of Pelican Lake Park; thence Northwesterly 50 feet
following the same direction as the West line of said Lot Six (6), thence Easterly 100 feet
