Motion
Kevin and Kate Riley - Approved as requested. (7:12 p.m.)
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 19’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the two proposed additions as depicted on the applicants’
drawing, which was submitted with the variance application. It was noted that the proposed additions are not within
the shore impact zone and will not be any closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure.
