Per the enclosed drawing, Anna Schneider purchased a 20' strip of land fron the
Milo Knudsen Estate in 1984. SL±)sequent to this a Building Permit was issued to
Anna Schneider to construct a 16'x34' addition to the Schneider cabin. The 20
strip was necessary to maintain a minimum 10' sideyard requirement (existing
sideyard was 3'). The Milo Knudsen Estate was unable to produce a recordable
Probate Deed until Febnaary 1990. Shoreland Management now requests a Variance
fron Anna Schneider after the fact.

Anna Schneider now requests a Variance to add the 20' strip to the original 50
parcel.
