Explain your problem here:
The present layout of my lot does not lend itself to adequate parking
for everyday use and is very restrictive if any guests are present.
Not only is parking difficult but turning around to leave the property
becomes a problem if two or more cars are present. The problem was
aggravated further after the recent necessary placement of our holding
tank to meet state requirements. Cars must park directly over the
holding tank and I am fearful that the cleanout pipe may become
damaged by a parking accident. The variance will also allow the
addition of a drainfield for my sewage system.
