Motion was made by Frank Lachowitzer, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested noting that both parcels are substandard and the back lot should remain joined to the front lot. It was noted
that since the parcels are joined they are considered as one lot and only one dwelling would be permitted.
