EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE:
Our problem Is very simple, we are planning to replace an old out door biff and
single car garage with a double garage with space for storage.
The first requirement was to update the sewage system. Now con?)elted.
The second requirement was to discuss with the township the 10 ft. distance from
the road rlght-a-way. This has been done. Incidentally, five out of seven properties
have building closer to the road than the one we propose.
We would like to build the new garage on the same foundation line as the old building,
this would be using the available land very efficiently and would not cause a problem
for anyone.6^^
