MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
that would allow the applicant to exceed what the string line would permit by approximately 7'. It should be
noted that the new home will be setback approximately 10' farther from the ordinary high water level than the
present structure. The applicant's new home will be in line with the structure to the right. Hardship being
the original survey of these lots and the skewed placement of the dwelling on the adjacent neighbor's property.
The lot will be substantially improved by the granting of this variance.
