EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE:I have retired and am making this location my permanent home.I wish to htiild a gWMgi garage about 24’x24* as close to road as possible for snow Ip problems and as close to side lot line as possible to better utilize the space.
Mr Paul Person owns lot east of mine. His guest cottage (about 20x20) is located t/j about 10'/5?o?oad right of way and about 2 feet from my lot line.

In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps,
plans, information about surrounding property, etc.
is located just next to his fence on the lot that he uses for parking. My garage would
still be over ^0 feet from his garage and as far as possible from Mr Pei^on's guest house.
If I can place my garage about 2 feet from^he fence would bein line with my present
guest cottage about 2 feet from line. I would like to build as close to road as my
pr^y^ms aive involved.

Lear Mr. Lee:
Mr* R. E, Predeen informs me that he wishes to "build a double garage on his lot#25
Liberty Beach, Pelican Lake. He wishes to "btiild it ascLose to the west edge of his
lot as possible and as close to the roaui as possible to cut snow removal to a minimum*
I am in favor of his being allowed to "build as close to the road as tne neign"bor‘s
garages and other buildings. I am also in favor of his building as close to west edge
as possible. At present he already has a building about 2 feet from the west line.
I own lots 2b & 27 west of him. Ity garage is on lot#s6 27* back half of lot#2b
is my parking area. If Mr. Predeen is permitted to build on the line, his garage
would still be over 50 feet from my garage.

Dear Mr. Lee:
I understand tnat Mr, R. E. Fredeen wisnes to build a double garage on lot 25
of Liberty Beacii, Pelican Lake. He wisnes to build it as close to nis west lot
line as possible and as Close to tne road as possiole.
Since I own lot#24 east of him, tne farther west ne builds tne garage the farther
it will be from my guest house. I am in favor of his garage being located as far
west as possible and as close to the road as the nei^bor's buildings. This will
mean a minimum of snow removal in the winter.
