Motion
Ghazi and Linda Hassoun - Approved as modified.
Motion was made by Robert Schwartz, second by Cecil Femling to approve the proposed addition being no closer to
the ordinary high water level than the existing overhang, including the overhang, if any, on the proposed addition. The
motion failed with Cecil Femling, David Holmgren, Randall Mann, Steve Schierer and Mark Steuart voting no. After
additional consideration and discussion, motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Steve Schierer and
unanimously carried, to approve an addition being no closer to the ordinary high water level than the wall of the
existing structure. Hardship is a substandard lot of record. The applicant was advised that only one residential
dwelling per lot is allowed under the current requirements of the ordinance.\
