(7:48 p.m.) Thomas and Virginia Aldrich, Lot 10 Sandy Shores Development, Otter Tail Lake in Everts Township, requested the following: The purpose of this request is to allow the sale of all of Lot 10 Shady Shores Development except the westerly 170’ to the owner of the adjoining parcel. Douglas and Mary Geeslin (Lot 11). I agree to attach the 17,000 square feet of Lot 10 that I am retaining to the parcel that I own across Clearmont Road (Parcel No. 25-000-99-0329- 000 south Lot 4). After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 15’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the location of a 24’ by 32’ storage building 185’ from the ordinary high water level, to approve a variance of 90’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the addition of a porch to an existing dwelling located 110’ from the ordinary high water level and to approve the placement of a camper at least 100’ from the ordinary high water level for a period of time not to exceed 3 years from the date the first site permit is issued for any of the proposed development with the condition that before any permits for the proposed development can be issued the three structures noted on the applicants’ drawing for removal must be removed.
