discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson to deny approval, no hardship shown,
.1 lot of record in 1979, 80,000+ square feet, only two other cottages in
area, one 300' back from lake, request from a whole room full of people asking that
West Lots Lake remain a natural environment lake requiring a 200' set back, to grant
a variance would establish a precedence. The motion was seconded by Tom Stringer and
carried.

onto cottage that is 62' from lake, on Lot 4 & Stj of 5, Killarney Beach, Dunn Township.
Mr. Zinda was represented by Gilman Resset, contractor.After discussion, motion was
made by Frank Lachowitzer to apply the "string test" and grant approval no closer than
cottages on either side, permission to do so to grant same privileges as neighbors
The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried.enjoy.
With no further business, the Chairman adjourned the meeting at 9;35 p.m./
