Motion
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and carried with Leona Zimmerman
voting no, to approve a variance of 30’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the
enclosure of a 7’ by 22’ second story balcony 45’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that
the proposed enclosure will not obstruct the view of the adjacent property owners, will not add any
additional imperious surfaces and will have the same roof pitch as the existing second story roof.
Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
