The property is described as part of Government Lot 4, Section 36 of Rush Lake Township on Rush/Buchanan Lakes. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to subdivide a parcel of less than 2.5 acres from an existing 2.6 acre parcel, as presented on the applicant's drawing, with the condition that a registered surveyor's drawing and a letter stating that there are no property line disputes will be provided at the time of recording. It should be noted that each parcel will substantially meet the minimum lot area and lot width requirements for platted lots on a general development lake. Ragina F. Jacobs - Approved Ragina F.
