After consideration, motion was made by Marcus Wiechmann to approve with the stipulation this would be the last variance allowed on this piece of property and si±>ject to rannoval of the outdoor toilet facility. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried with Jdin Everts voting "no".
