After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson to approve at 4' from lot line, not setting a prece­ dence with hardship being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy. The motion was seconded by George Walter and carried upon the follo^ang vote: Yes: Everts, Anderson, Walter and Petterson Wiechmann BOYD approved No: Roger Wbllschlager, Blocmington, requested permission to exchange small parcels of property to accanplish construction of a new road and also permission to construct a dwelling on the vacated road bed at 40 feet fron the lake, on Out lot A,B & C, Maple Acres, Stuart Lake in Girard Tavnship. Speaking were Les Luken, The Girard Town Board, Marlin Rice, and a letter from Paul Olinger was read. After consider­ ation, motion vras made by John Everts, to ^prove, subject to vacating the existing road and subject to a plat amending the original plat of Out lots A, B Sr C, cotibining into one lot. Hardship being the best location for a building on this lot, requiring the least amount of fill and also t^is would give this property the same rights-land privileges as the neighbors in the immediate district. The motion v;as seconded by Craig Anderson and carried upon the following vote: WOLLSCHLACtER APPROVED All voting in favor Motion was also made by JOhn Everts to allow a metes and bounds con­ veyance of the small parcels for exchange of properties. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried ipon the following vote: All voting in favor Robert A. Hinz, Blocmington, MN, requested permission to allow a 14' X 70' mobile hone to remain as presently located on Lot 17, Ja- Ma-Ka Beach, Dora Township, on West McDonald Lake. Letters from Maxine, Floyd Barrett, Kalman & Denise Schellenberg and Leroy & Ordelle Brua were read. Craig Anderson to grant, well within building line with structure to the south, no definitive line to the north, hardship being the unique terrain.
