Lee - Administrator Application for Variance, Storage Shed Lot 45 and W 25' of Lot 44 Broadwater Beach, Pelican Lake (56-786) RE: Dear Mr. Lee: Please accept this check for $25.00 along with the completed forms and this letter, as my request for a Variance on the above mentioned Storage Shed. After a preliminary study and the finding of several property marking stakes * along the right of way, it appears that the road centerline may be approximately 3 feet closer to the direction of the shoreline than it should be. I have also enclosed photographs of other buildings along the same road that are as near or nearer to the right of way than my storage shed. It would be of considerable expense to myself and I assume to other parties if we were forced to move our buildings. I can assure you I had no intent of frauding the State or County when I contracted to have this shed built. Site Permit #7558 was issued for construction. The permit was issued May 29, 1986, construction of the storage shed was completed by June 15, 1986, and was inspected in July 1986. Your acceptance and granting of this Variance will be greatly appreciated.
