SPECIFY VARIANCE REQUESTED:
I am applying for a variance to huild a 20' X 22' garage set hack 7 feet
from the road right of way,
of a guest house on the liMk adjacent property,
would still leave at least 10 feet between the proposed garage and the
holding tank. See attached scale map for dimensions.Please note that I have applied for and received a building permit (#15172,
on 7/25/97) for a garage, but after learning from your office what the
road right of way was (55*) I remeasured the property. The map I am
attaching with this application has slightly different measurements than
the one I submitted with the permit. The permit also specifies a 17' X 22'
structure, versus the size I would prefer to build (20' X 22'),

MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried with Randall Mann voting no, to approve
a variance of 8’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20' for the construction of a 20’ by 22' garage, having
the main ingress and egress door at a right angle to the road, 12’ from the road right-of-way.
