Motion
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried to approve a variance of
3’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for an addition to and existing 14’ 4” by 29’ 5” storage building 7’ from
the side lot line and at least 13’ 4” from the adjacent neighbor’s building at the closest point with the condition that an
existing outhouse must be removed. It should be noted that the addition would follow the angle of the driveway as
depicted on the applicant’s drawing.
