Robert Johnson, .'n‘nneapol is , MN, requested permission to build a
12' X 32' addit. "(i 78' from Blanche Lake, on Lots 43 & 44, Kimber
Beach, Girard Tovinship. During the discussion the Board was in
formed notices ',Pre mailed erroneously and the persons within 500
feet of this applicant did not receive the necessary notices. After
consideration, motior> ‘^vas made by JOhn Everts to "look favorably" on
said application, but table until the December meeting to allow the
proper notification. The motion was seconded by Robert Schwartz and
carried upon the following vote:

; COCHRAN - CAMPER DENIED requested permission to allow a camper trailer and screened in
porch on top of a concrete boat house, as presently located on
G.L. 7, Section 17, Edna Township on Big McDonald Lake. After con
sideration, motion was made by John Everts to deny the placement of
the the camper trailer, which is in direct violation of the ordinance
allowing only one dwelling on a lot, allowing thirty days to remove
said camper. The motion was seconded by Robert Schwartz and carried
upon the following vote:

Motion was then made by John Everts to allow the variance of the
screened porch-boat house, due to the unique circumstances of the
purchase of this property as the hardship. The motion was seconded
by Robert Schwartz and carried upon the following vote;

Richard Samson, Moorhead, MN, represented by Mrs. Samson, requested
permission to buy 8' of adjacent lake lot to increase side of Lot 1,
Ballard's Cozy Bay, on Pelican Lake in Dunn Township,
deration, motion was made by Carl Johnson to grant variance as re
quested, subject to a surveyor's drawing, hardship being a unique
situation, enhancing and enlarging a very substandard lot, with the
8' purchased to become attached to and forever remain attached as
part of Lot 1, Ballard's Cozy Bay, The motion was seconded by Dan
Oehler and carried upon the following vote;

Everts to deny the second and third dwellings, no adequate hardship
shown. The motion was seconded by Robert Schwartz and carried upon
the following vote:

■ APPROVED Paul M. Cagley, Fargo, ND, requested permission to construct addition
to cabin 4' to 6' from property line on Lot 7, Broadwater Beach,
Pelican Lake in Dunn Township. After consideration, motion was made
by Carl Johnson to grant approval, The motion was seconded by John
Everts amending to include no detriment to lake, with addition no
closer to property line than existing cottage, hardship being sub
standard lot of record, allowing Mr. Cagley the same rights andi'pri-
viledges as others in the area. The motion carried upon the follo
wing vote;
