After consideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson to grant approval, The motion was seconded by John Everts amending to include no detriment to lake, with addition no closer to property line than existing cottage, hardship being sub­ standard lot of record, allowing Mr. Cagley the same rights andi'pri- viledges as others in the area.
