Motion
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 3’ from' the required lot line setback of 10’ for an addition to an existing dwelling 7’ from the lot line noting
that the proposed addition will be no closer to either the lot line or the ordinary high water level than the
existing structure and noting that the proposed addition is to the rear of the existing structure. Hardship is a
substandard lot of record.
