M otion was made by Mark Steuart, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would allow for the granting of the [
variance as requested. It was also noted that there appears to be adequate room to place the structure in a location,
which will meet the required side lot line setback of 10’. It was also noted that this action is consistent with prior
actions of this board.

OUR CURRENT GARAGE/SHED HAS A WOODEN FLOOR AND HAS BECOME RAG-TAG IN LOOKS, IT
HAS HAD SOME TREE LIMBS FALL ON IT AND SHOULD REALLY BE UPDATED. IT IS RIGHT ON
THE LOT LINE AS IS THE NEIBORS HOUSE TO THE EAST. I TRIED TO POINT THIS OUT IN THE
ABOVE PHOTOS. THE POSITION THAT I AM PROPOSING IS THE LEAST INVASIVE TO THE REST OF
OUR LOT AND TO THE CURRENT MATURE TREES. IT ALSO GIVES OUR EASTERLY NEIBOR A BET
TER LOOKING GARAGE AND A COUPLE EXTRA FEET OF ROOM. I HAVE VISITED WITH HIM, AND
HE HAS NO OBJECTION TO THIS PROPOSAL. YOU CAN ALSO SEE FROM THE PHOTO THAT SOME
HOW THE DRIVEWAY THAT WE ALL SHARE HAS DRIFTED OVER TO BE 75% ON MY BACK LOT
