IT IS RIGHT ON THE LOT LINE AS IS THE NEIBORS HOUSE TO THE EAST. I TRIED TO POINT THIS OUT IN THE ABOVE PHOTOS. THE POSITION THAT I AM PROPOSING IS THE LEAST INVASIVE TO THE REST OF OUR LOT AND TO THE CURRENT MATURE TREES. IT ALSO GIVES OUR EASTERLY NEIBOR A BET­ TER LOOKING GARAGE AND A COUPLE EXTRA FEET OF ROOM. I HAVE VISITED WITH HIM, AND HE HAS NO OBJECTION TO THIS PROPOSAL.
