Rich Tf^hahn and Phil Nelson, West Fargo, ND> requested permission to construct addition
to mobile heme 46' from lake shore and a storage shed 13' frem shoreline and 10' fron
side lot line, on Lot 33> Block 3, Lida Shores, Lida Township.After cCTisideration,
motion wasmade by Craig Anderson to approve a 12' x 12' additLon to mobile home, ^hard-
ship being terrain and fact that it is further from the lake than the original mobile
hare and adjacent neighbor's house, an inprovement over the original locationi The
motion was seconded by George Walter and carried with Roger Marty Voting "no", Thomas
Stringer and June Fiyan abstaining. Motion was made by Roger Marty, seconded by Craig
Anderson and carried, to deny approval of the location of the storage shed, as there
are other places on lot. Motion was then made by Thonas Stringer, seconded by Craig
Anderson and carried, to reconsider. After additional discussion, motion was made by
George Walter to approve storage shed to be placed no closer to lake than existing
mobile home, excliasive of addition. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and
carried.

to be attached to four substandard lots of record, without platting, on area behind lots
6, 7, 8 & 9 of Beauty Bay, EXmn Township, After consideration, motion was made by
Thomas Stringer, seconded by Roger Marty and carried, to approve, hardship being a sig
nificant inprovement to existing substandard lots, subject to surveyor's drawing joeing
submitted.
N. J. McConachie, Frazee, MN, requested permission to sell a parcel containing approx
imately 18,000 square feet in G.L. 7, Section 27, Hobart Township, without platting.
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded Thomas Stringer arid carried, to approve,
*hardship being best use of property; line C^D as depicted on the drawing submitted,
being the best logical line for division of property.
Richard Baker, Fergus Falls, MN, request for permission to construct a 4 X €' structure
to cover well puitp, 30' from ordinary high water mark, on Lot 5, Sundberg's Point,
Maine Township, was tabled at Baker's request until the Decenber meeting.
