After consideration^ notion wasmade by Craig Anderson to approve a 12’ x 12* addition to mobile hone, hard­ ship being terrain and fact that it is further fron the lake than the original mobile hoitE and adjacent neighbor's house, an inprovement over the original location. The motion was seconded by George VJalter and carried with Roger Marty voting "no", Ihomas Stringer aix3 June I^an abstaining. Motion was made by Roger Marty, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to deny approval of the location of the storage shed, as there are other places on lot. Motion was then made by Thanes Stringer, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to reconsider. After additional discussion, motion was made 1:^ George Walter to approve storage shed to be placed no closer to lake than existing mobile home, exclusive of addition. N. J. McConachie, Frazee, MN, requested permission to sell a parcel containing approx­ imately 18,000 square feet in G.L. 7, Section 27, Hobart Township, without platting. Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Thomas Stringer and carried, to approve, hardship being best use of property; line C-D as depicted on the drawing submitted, being the best logical line for division of property.
