After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion to approve the variance as requested with the condition that no more than 43%
of the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. This motion died for lack of a second. After additional discussion and
consideration, Thomas Lee made a motion, seconded by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve a side lot line variance and an
ordinary high water level variance for the proposed development as described in the variance application dated April 18, 2017, which includes
a second story addition and an attached garage with the condition that no more than 40% of the total eligible lot area can be covered with
impervious surfaces. The variances as approved do not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed development or for
future development. .

Schierer made a motion, seconded by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve the proposed subdivision with the
condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be presented at the time of conveyance. Theboard members found the
request to be reasonable and the granting of the request is consistent with past decisions. The variance as approved does not
directly or indirectly grant any other variances for future development.

audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, Paul
Larson made a motion, seconded by Darren Newville and unanimously cairied, to approve a variance of 25’ from the required
ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a 34’ by 42’ cabin, which includes an 8’ eovered porch, 75’ from
the ordinary high water level with the condition that the applicant must transfer adequate property to. the parcel to the west so that
no portion of the dwelling on the adjacent property is on the applicant’s propeity and must maintain a parcel of at least 40,000
square feet. The variance as approved does not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed development or
for any future development.
