MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Time:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of approximately 66’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ and a variance of
approximately 16’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 50’ for the addition of a second story to an
existing structure approximately 34’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the original structure has a flat roof and that the second story addition will be no closer to the ordin^^^gh water lev^haiithe
