VARIANCE REQUESTED IS:We would like permission to extend our present deck by
14' to the North end of our home to make a sun porch. The present deck
is 12'w. We would recess part of it on the North end to 10' wide. The
porch would be 10' by 24' long. The reason for recessing it is so that
we would not have to destroy a lovely black walnut tree. From the inside
of our home we would enter the porch through our living room patio doors
and there would be an exit from the porch on the south side onto our
deck. There is woods extending many lots to the south of us and we are
a substantial distance from our next door neighbor, Ross Seifert to
the North as you will see by the diagram. The reason for wanting this
porch is that we enjoy the night air and the beautiful sunsets we have
being on the east side of Lake Lizzie and also enjoy picnicing without

County. I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variance and/or permits
are required by the township for my proposed project.
