EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE:

A 300 foot parcel now remains between the south lot of Woodlake
Beach, Lot #1, and the surveyed and described property to the
south.It would seem to be questionable If another plat should
be Introduced In the future to Include only the tv^o lots which
would remain to be divided from the 300 foot parcel.
I would like to be permitted to divide the remaining 300 foot
parcel Into two lots, each 150 feet wide, and to do this without
platting. A surveyors drawing Is provided with this request.A proposed public road 66 feet wide to serve these lots Is shown
on the surveyors drawing. Each of these lots will Include an area
equal to or greater than 40,000 square feet to conform to county
requirements.
A map of this area is provided with this application.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps,
plans, information about surrounding property, etc.
