Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Evert and unanimously carried, to allow the slab to remain in
its current location with the condition that the 32’ by 30’ garage must be placed at least 10’ from the lot line. It was
noted that adequate area for the placement of a garage on the applicants’ lot does exist which does not require a
variance from the requirements of the ordinance.
