(6:43 p.m.) After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris to approve reconstruction in the proposed location being no greater in size than the existing structure prior to that structure being damaged by the storm. The width, length and height cannot exceed the pre-storm dimensions. This motion was withdrawn after additional discussion. After additional consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 24’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the reconstruction of a 114 story finished garage on an existing foundation with a new garage containing a second floor great room with the following conditions: 1.) the pitch of the roof over the new construction must run perperidicat^o the lake, 2.) runoft from the roof must be directed away from the lake, and 3.) no more than 25% of thi^^otal lo^ area can be covered with impervious surfaces.
