MOTION AS FOLLO\NS:
Motion was made by Cecil Femiing, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
grant the applicant an 18' addition, on the south side of the existing dwelling, and being
no closer than 0' to the south property lot line. It should be noted that the applicant's
addition cannot advance more than 18' towards the south property line nor can the addition
be any closer to the side lot line than 0'. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
